Chemical testing of water

In our laboratory, we also test water in-situ using a multifunction meter  Elmetron CX-401. It is a portable meter used to measure: pH, redox potential (mV), conductivity, salinity calculated as NaCl or KCl, TDS, resistivity,  oxygen concentration in air in%, dissolved oxygen content in water or sewage [%] or  [mg/l] , atmospheric pressure and temperature. The device, due to the high measurement accuracy, is also used for basic laboratory tests.

- pH range and accurancy: ± 0,002 pH
- mV range and accurancy: ± 1999,9 mV ± 0,1 mV
- Resistivity/salinity range and accurancy : 0 ÷ 1999,9 mS/cm / 0 ÷ 239 g/l KCl 0 ÷ 296 g/l NaCl; to 19,99 mS/cm ±0.1 %, from 20 mS/cm: ±0,25 % salinity : ±2 %
- O2 range and accurancy: 0 ÷ 60 mg/l ±0,01 mg/
- Temperature range and accurancy: 50,0 ÷ 199,9 ºC ±0,1 ºC
