Quality Policy

The Management Board of Sineo Sp. z o.o. taking care of their clients, relying on the latest technologies and having an experienced and highly qualified team of employees at their disposal commits to implement the Quality Management System, based on the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 standards -02.

Our main goal is to provide high-quality services that take into account the needs of our clients, partners and employees, while respecting confidentiality and impartiality rules.
We try to achieve the above through:

  • continuous, systematic care for the quality and effectiveness of our services, i.e. geotechnical, geological and geophysical research as well as environmental studies,
  • attempts to fully meet the expectations of our clients,
  • development of mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers in order to improve the quality of services,
  • strengthening the trust of our clients by providing services in an independent, impartial, confidential and non-discriminatory manner,
  • continuous personnel development through a system of training focused on the issue of quality,
  • involvement of all employees in activities to assure quality,
  • continuous improvement in the current company’s operation.

The management and personnel are committed to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and to carry out activities to meet the client's requirements, statutory requirements and legal provisions.

Employees of Sineo Sp. z o.o. are obliged to participate in the implementation of the Quality Policy and to meet the objectives in accordance with the requirements of the following standards:

  • PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and
  • PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02

The Management Board of Sineo Sp. z o.o. is responsible for establishing, continuing and reviewing this Quality Policy and ensuring that it is known to all employees.
